What was ‘quality’ during the sixties is now ‘risk and reliability assurance on perpetual basis’ in contemporary and futuristic sense. The ‘eRAMc’ deals in solutions in the area of Risk and Reliability modelling assessment and management of engineering systems. The scope covers deterministic and probabilistic aspects of safety for engineering system in general and complex safety-critical systems in particular.
The Centre has very strong portfolio ranging from research & development, academics, projects, education and services in the subject areas. We have a very strong network of facilitators that include lab & testing services, subject experts and a dedicated team, eager to serve our clients. We are dealing in solutions in respect of Modelling, Assessment, and Management aspects of risk in general and Probabilistic Risk Assessment and its applications to provide asset management solutions. Prof. Prabhakar V. Varde

( CEO & Director )
Bio

Prof. Prabhakar V. Varde served 34 years; for Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai, India - a premier R&D Institution in India;  in the area of nuclear plant operation and safety. He retired as an Outstanding Scientist and Associate Director in 2019 from BARC

He completed his Ph. D. in the  area of application of AI tools & methods for improving reliability and safety from  IIT, Bombay, India in the year 1996. He continued his R&D in development and application of integrated approach using Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) and Artificial Intelligence for complex engineering systems. 

During his carrier, spanning ~ 40 years, he served for many renowned national and international institute / organizations; that include CALCE,  University of Maryland,  USA;  IAEA,  Vienna; NEA,  France; KAERI,  South Korea; IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur; DAE institutions that include Bhawani & IGCAR Kalpakkam; AERB, Mumbai and many Universities and research organizations; as faculty/specialist / experts. Based on his research and development he has to his credit over 260 publications at national and international level that includes over 18 books Authored / Edited, technical reports,  etc.
He has received many awards and recognition in last 20 years. Presently, he is serving as Founder, CEO and Director of eRAMc, India and Guest-Professor,  LTU,  Sweden.

Ms. Saily Varde

Bio

Saily Varde is a B.E Computer Science graduate and has worked as Research Scholar at CALCE, University of Maryland, College Park, USA (2019-2020).
She has several years of work experience in Operations and Project Management. She is a Life Member of SRESA (Society for Reliability and Safety), and has been actively participating as a member of organizing committee for last few International and National Conferences held by SRESA. She is Certified Reliability Engineer from CFR, Chennai, India and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, USA.


Currently she is Serving as Director, COO of eRAMc Engineering Risk Assessment and Management, Mumbai.
